A couple from the age of 12, Bryant & Erin Melton have been a team throughout their lives. Having previously visited Williamsburg as kids, they found themselves new residents as adults due to a military relocation. Instantly Williamsburg´s rich history, superior lifestyle and abundant recreation captivated them. They knew they were in the right place.

However, a few years later a promotion threatened to take them away and they knew their life´s adventure was about to take a turn. Abandoning job security for quality of life, they chose to turn their teamwork skills toward real estate.  "At the time, we had two children who were already in elementary school," Bryant says, "But we knew that despite the job promotion, no other place could offer our family Williamsburg´s quality of life."

"We were sold on Williamsburg from the moment we saw it," Erin agrees. "Our decision came down to a family choice of lifestyle. Everyone, including the kids, made the decision to make the necessary sacrifices and keep Williamsburg as our permanent home."

After a lot of thought, we decided to pursue our career in real estate for a handful of reasons.  Erin and I enjoy meeting people, we work well as a team and with our love of Williamsburg we were confident in our ability to successfully match clients with their perfect dream homes.
