From the beginning, it was a struggle to find just the right house for me and my wife (from my first marriage). At the time, my realtor just did not connect with our expectations on a dream home. We decided to sell our home we purchased less than 3 years ago. We had worked with Erin on the purchasing our home and we're happy with her work ethic and her knowledge, so we decided to continue our relationship with the selling of it as well. We decided on a Thursday to sell our home; she came by that evening and did a walk through she followed up with a professional photographer and Tuesday morning our home was on the market. By Tuesday evening we had two full asking price offers! We accepted one of the offers and closed 30 days later. I had found a house I was interested in and she got me a viewing in short order. On that first day she had a half dozen other homes she wanted me to see so she 'could get a feel for just what I was looking for'. This was our 1st home sale in the 35 years Sharon & I have been together. We put a lot of ourselves into 143 Tanglewood Drive over the 25 years we lived there to make it our own. I reached out to Erin mid August ‘18 just to ask for some guidance and what was then just a dream is now a reality. I’m writing my review in January ‘19 from my new construction home that I just love! There are homes that were listed in my old neighborhood when I first contacted Erin that are STILL listed as we are all moved in and our home sold for exactly where we wanted it to. Erin and team were phenomenal to work with. Erin even helped negotiate some concessions from the builder that we would never have thought to do had we not been represented by a Realtor. Which is important to know when looking at new construction, they all tried to sway us away from using our own Realtor. (I see why now!). Ryan is great and patient and actually showed us the house we ended up purchasing. I can’t recommend them enough! 2020 update: we have been in our house for 1 year and still love it. However our one year “builder warranty” was expiring and we were getting slightly concerned that some things weren’t going to be addressed. We just did not seem to be a priority, and important details were always missed and forgotten. Luckily, we started working with Erin, after she contacted us when we looked at a house she was representing. She quickly understood what we wanted and lined up some houses to look at. We decided to sell our home we purchased less than 3 years ago. We had worked with Erin on the purchasing our home and were happy with her work ethic and her knowledge, so we decided to continue our relationship with the selling of it as well. Erin was fantastic! She met with us and gave us excellent ideas on how to make our home look it's best for potential buyers, and even made it less stressful by suggesting we store our extra furniture and packed boxes in the garage instead of renting a storage unit. We listed on the same day we were leaving town for a vacation that would take us out of the country. Our home sold 4 days after listing it! Erin was so good at helping us with all the contract documents that needed to be signed while we were on vacation, patiently explaining everything and negotiating with the seller on our behalf. She linked me up with a painter who did a wonderful job painting the house. After that we had a lot that was owned by my wife and 3 distant cousins. After using another Realtor, we decided to use Erin to help us get the lot sold. We live in a different state and she was able to help navigate to the correct price for all parties to agree on.
